Discovery
In the very first interactions we meet the main stakeholders and aim to understand the current context and what is the targeted outcome that the desired change is intended to deliver. We create personal links and mutual trust between the persons involved and define the framework for an open communication and trustful collaboration.

Upon a thorough understanding of the context we focus on the specifics of the solution that we intend to build, from the idea qualification to the likely solution design and specifying the high-level requirements. Proof of concept
Using a tailored set of agile and extreme programming practices we aim to rapidly develop a walking skeleton. This stage is focused more on proving that the initial solution is technically sound and well fit in the overall customer IT architecture. It can also lead to exposing additional requirements regarding technology or systems integrations.

Prototype
After we achieved a real world validation of the technical design, we can proceed on implementing the most valuable functional interactions.
This helps to evaluate how well the proposed functional solution fits the purpose of the product. With the addition of the first UX/UI elements the internal stakeholders have now also a visual impression of how it could look like.

MVP
Based on the first functional point of reference delivered by the prototype, the stakeholders prioritize a backlog of complementary functional flows with intrinsic assumed market value. The team implements them together with the integration of the high fidelity UX/UI style guide and designs, and delivers a first product increment. At this stage business and sales can accelerate marketing effort using styled working units of functionality.
